Early Access — Free and Open
Chamade is currently in early access. All features are free and open to everyone. Pricing will be announced once the feature surface stabilizes.
There is no subscription, no credit, no quota in early access. All platforms, text chat, DMs, inbox, SIP (bring your own trunk), and the audio WebSocket for BYO-STT/TTS integration are available without restriction.
Hosted STT/TTS (where Chamade runs the speech layer for you) is BYOK: add your own ElevenLabs / Deepgram / … API key in dashboard → Voice providers and Chamade runs the pipeline with your key on its side — no Chamade charge, just pay your provider. See Voice providers.
What's included in early access
- Voice gateway for 10+ platforms: Discord, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom, Nextcloud Talk, SIP, Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack. One uniform API.
- Hosted STT/TTS (BYOK): drop your own ElevenLabs or Deepgram key in dashboard → Voice providers, Chamade runs the pipeline for you — transcripts via
call_transcriptevents, speak withchamade_call_say. Free on Chamade's side. See Voice providers. - Bidirectional raw-PCM audio WebSocket on every voice call — the alternative when you'd rather run your own stack in-process (OpenAI Realtime, LiveKit Agents, Pipecat, Deepgram Voice Agent, Cartesia, Whisper, …). See the API reference for the audio protocol.
- Text conversations: DMs, chats, inbox, typing indicators, file attachments, WhatsApp 24h-window handling — fully plug-and-play via the REST API or MCP tools, no audio plumbing needed.
- Hosted MCP server with channel-mode push events for Claude Code, Cursor, Claude Desktop and any Streamable-HTTP client.
- SIP: bring your own SIP trunk and your own DIDs.
When will pricing be announced?
Once the feature surface stabilizes and the early-access cohort has given us enough feedback on the shape of the API and the pipeline. We'll give existing early-access users reasonable notice and a grace period before any changes.
